Two cries of pain erupted into the air as Angelica watched, in slight horror, as the Quartermaster slit his dagger across the missionary's chest. Philip slumped to the ground. But it was not to poor Philip to whom the Spanish pirate turned to. It was not Philip's cry that churned her stomach and brought a bitter taste to her mouth. As much as she respected, even come to admire, the young man, there were several times when she feared for his life. His rashness, she often found, bordered foolishness if not out-right stupidity.
No, it was not the missionary but the mermaid's cry that touched her and made her want to sing out her own
Bachelor party: a party held for a man shortly before he enters marriage to celebrate his "last night of freedom" with his male friends (also known as stag night, bull's party, buck's night)
John Middleton was Arthur's best friend. He wasn't sure what wizards did to celebrate a fast-approaching marriage but he knew what the Muggle tradition was and decided that, seeing as he was best man, he should go about making arrangements to hold to that tradition. And so it came to be that, on a Thursday night, two days before the wedding, John Middleton and Arthur Weasley were on their way to a Muggle gentlemen's club.

"¡Tú eres de madre!" Angelica exclaimed with a frustrated huff, shoving Jack away so that she could sit up. She folded her arms across her chest and glared at him quite crossly. Jack, to her great irritation, looked no less amused.
"You keep yelling at me in Spanish and I keep not understanding what exactly you are yelling at me. How about you teach me? You can keep doing the yelling and I can start doing some understanding and stop the not understanding. Savvy?" The crooked smile he gave her at the end of his proposition did not melt any of the ice in her composure.
"No," she snapped, "I like it better when you cannot und

KATE!
O Kate, my Kate, my sweet and lovely KATE!
So fiery in thy Kate-ish, Kate-ly hue,
Upon thy words I hang with breath abate,
Though hang me fast thy words would gladly do;
And yet I swear thy tongue is honey-laden,
Dripping as it is with sickly-sweet
Enticements over stings, my bee-ish maiden,
Though I will lap whatever thou secrete.
O say the sun is moon, the moon is golden,
A bright and bawdy sovereign in the noon,
A lunatic am I to thee beholden,
By night, by day, by mania or swoon.
